To refit the downstairs cloakroom
This is the third job that Martin has done for me since 2014 and the work was as good as ever. I appreciate the fact that he does one job at a time so there is no hanging around. The finishing is great.

The work was carried out to a high standard in line with the brief. The work was completed on time and within budget. We have had 2 other bathrooms replaced using the same company and have been pleased with the result for all three. I would recommend this company.
Utility room conversion to a doggy wash station
We’ve used Martin before for bathrooms and kitchen knockthrough, this time we had a new challenge to convert our utility room into a doggy wash station . He sourced a nice big sink for us and shower tap and lowered the sink and put up new tiles and flooring . Great job as always . Recommend him for his work .
Complete renovation of two bathrooms and a cloackroom.
Martin did the complete job of knocking down and removing everything including floor and wall tiles and replastering and re-flooring re-tiling and Installation of all equipment and accessories.

Replacing en suite bathroom
What started as a partial bathroom upgrade turned into a full bathroom replacement. Martin was very thorough from the initial visit to clearing up after the job completed. The tiling looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the end result.

Completely gutting the bathroom and installing new bathroom, tiling flooring and painting.
Martin was extremely helpful and visited me a couple of times to plan the installation and subsequently to show me the different products available and advise where necessary. When I was unsure about any part of the planning or choices I had made he was always available to discuss and assist. The job was carried out in a very timely manner and finished when planned. He was assisted by another Martin and both of them were friendly, tidy and arrived when expected each day and went above and beyond what was expected. I could not recommend highly enough and I am thrilled with my new bathroom.
Complete new bathroom
I put off for so long having this work done because l hated the thought of having to go through the process of finding someone l felt comfortable with, trusted and was happy to leave in my house whilst l was not there. Martin @ Integral was so worth the wait. Every step of the process from the first call to completion was totally hassel free. I explained to Martin what l had in mind and he delivered above and beyond my expectation. Total professional who clearly knows what he is doing. Four days after completion he contacted me to make sure l was still happy and all ok. That alone speaks volumes.
Refurberation of my bathroom
Martin from Integral Property LTD had already done work for me so it was a no brainer for him to do my bathroom in my new home , his workmanship is second to none and he pays attention to every little detail , very clean when working and very professional in what he does , my new bathroom looks amazing and I am more than happy with it , it's a 100 times better than I could of imagined , I would definitely recommend Martin of Integral Property LTD for anything and will definitely use him again 10 out 10 for every aspect of the works carried out.

Martin did a great job at refitting both our family bathroom and en suite. From the very start Martin spent a lot of time with us to go through all our options. We are very pleased with the results and Martin and martin are extremely easy to have in the home, very pleasant and work quietly and keep everything tidy. They also put in a loft hatch and boarded our loft and re boarded our floorboards upstairs, again very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend and have back to us for any future work.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was carried out by Integral Property Ltd. Their attention to detail and standard of workmanship is first class. The project took approximately 10 days to complete - during that time every effort was made to minimise disruption. The bathroom was left clean and tidy at the end of every working day. Kitchen Refurbishment
Martin from Integral Has done work for me before , he refurbished two Bathrooms and a downstairs toilet for me so it was a no brainer to get him to refurbish my kitchen , he is very professional and good at what he does paying attention to every little detail and doing a first class job , his work is faultless , my new kitchen looks amazing and I love it , Martin and his co worker are very polite and nothing is too much for them , I would 100% recommend Integral if you want a professional job done without any hassle , I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and eXcellent full service completed to the highest standards. Martin continuously kept me updated and provided sound and practical solutions especially when the chosen design and stock availability became an issue. Martin was very punctual and always turned up on time as arranged All mess was very well managed and kept to a minimum with tools being tidied away and work areas and hallways cleaned down every day. All tiling design was agreed beforehand and completed to very high standards. Would highly recommend this company for building work and definitely would use again.
